That's why we offer our colleagues a modern and versatile workspace that encourages creativity, collaboration and effective communication. Whether we're talking about colleagues working in the office or in production, we've been careful to create spacious, comfortable and practical workspaces.
Development programs
on-going
It is a development program, addressed to the executive level, implemented through the Human Capital Operational Program. If the first project implemented by Cemacon addressed the development of the managerial level of the company, "Generator" addresses the executive level.
The project runs from November 2019 to August 2021 and addresses a target group of 170 employees.

This is the most complex professional development program, addressed to the managerial level,
within Cemacon, aiming at a qualitative leap in the managerial performance of the entire team.
The target group consisted of 50 people, and the project ran for one year (September 2018 - September 2019). The program modules were implemented in partnership with relevant actors from the consulting market, ASCENDIS, BEST SMART CONSULTING, THR TRAINING HUB.

In January 2020, the Student@CEMACON program was launched, giving young students the chance to have a valuable first contact with the business world and even join our team.
