HR Business Partner (Oradea)

With over 3 years of experience in Human Resources / Psychology

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is proactive in aligning our human resources initiatives and functions with the company's strategic objectives and business needs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate in sociology, psychology, economics, or related fields;
  • HR Inspector Certificate;
  • Advanced knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience in HR Administration software is an advantage;
  • Good understanding of procedures, processes, and the Labor Code;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Professional judgment and understanding of the legal implications of labor relations;
  • Advanced communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Good planning and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail;

Job Description:

  • Performing payroll calculations and preparing payroll statements based on specific information (attendance records, medical leaves, vacation leaves, unpaid leaves, salary changes, other benefits), and declaration 112 etc.;
  • Preparing employment, termination, and modification documents for employment contracts; managing employees' personnel files (individual employment contracts, additional documents, termination decisions, suspension decisions, etc.) and submitting changes to Revisal according to deadlines;
  • Managing the REVISAL registry in compliance with current legislation;
  • Responsible for managing relationships with authorities and partner companies, preparing all necessary documents – ITM, AJOFM, CAS, Pension House, etc.;
  • Responsible for preparing and keeping personnel files up-to-date;
  • Preparing all necessary information for payroll preparation (attendance records);
  • Active involvement in recruitment processes (candidate database, scheduling, interview support, candidate offering)/ participation in local events to support the employer brand;
  • Conducting induction for new colleagues and newly promoted colleagues;
  • Exit interviews: conducting discussions with employees who decide to leave the company by their choice;
  • Internal communication & organizational commitment: communicating general interest information, organizational changes, etc.;
  • Providing support for the implementation of HR policies and projects.
