We are a balanced, cohesive team with a modern organisational culture focused equally on individual and team performance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obtaining the certification was itself an interesting process, during which we were guided in assessing key organisational aspects across the programme&#8217;s four dimensions: strategy, resources and innovation, organisational culture and employee motivation, and governance and financial matters, against best practices and according to a methodology developed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/deloitte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Deloitte<\/a>\u00a0internationally over a period of 30 years.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I thank my colleagues for their dedication so far; this is an award for the entire team. Best Managed Companies is one of Deloitte&#8217;s longest-running international programmes, conducted annually since 1993 in more than 45 countries across all continents. Using its own methodology and international best practices, it analyses how businesses are organised and managed. The first edition in Romania took place in 2022. The Best Managed Companies initiative operates under the umbrella of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/ro\/ro\/services\/deloitte-private.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Deloitte Private<\/a>, Deloitte&#8217;s programme for private companies of all sizes, including local entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and family businesses.
