Also in October, we inaugurated the new administrative headquarters at CEMACON Recea Industrial Park! Our ambition was to create an innovative working environment for our colleagues that would stimulate creativity, contribute to overall wellbeing and encourage personal and professional development.
The new building, covering approximately 500 square metres, meets the most demanding energy-efficiency and sustainability standards. Equipped with a smart lighting system and modern ventilation solutions, it is designed to significantly reduce its carbon footprint. Employees can enjoy bright offices, a comfortable reception area and five conference rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology.
“We see ourselves as clay artisans, and this headquarters, designed by the Format4 architecture firm, combines contemporary industrial design with natural clay elements, showcasing our products,” added Șologon. The building, unique in Romania, leaves the ceramic blocks visible both indoors and outdoors, highlighting our deep connection with the raw material.
CEMACON reaffirms its commitment to investing in sustainable partnerships and contributing to the development of local communities while promoting a strong Romanian business environment. “Through this distinctive architectural achievement, we send a clear message: improving quality of life in every small community in Sălaj is possible,” concluded Daniel Șologon.
CEMACON is actively involved in the community alongside its manufacturing activities. Last year, we built a modern bus stop and developed a roundabout in Zalău. This new headquarters is a symbol of our progress and a promise of a better future for our employees and the community in which we operate.
