“Best Managed Companies 2023” certification

Cemacon received from Deloitte the “Best Managed Companies 2023” certification for excellence in management.

Obtaining the certification was itself an interesting process, during which we were guided in assessing key organisational aspects across the programme’s four dimensions: strategy, resources and innovation, organisational culture and employee motivation, and governance and financial matters, against best practices and according to a methodology developed by Deloitte internationally over a period of 30 years.

*Certification is awarded by an independent jury using an international methodology that assesses four pillars: strategy, culture, innovation and resources, and governance. Best Managed Companies is one of Deloitte’s longest-running international programmes, conducted annually since 1993 in more than 45 countries across all continents. Using its own methodology and international best practices, it analyses how businesses are organised and managed. The first edition in Romania took place in 2022. The Best Managed Companies initiative operates under the umbrella of Deloitte Private, Deloitte’s programme for private companies of all sizes, including local entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and family businesses. This edition attracted more than one hundred local companies, of which 40 reached the main stage and 21, including CEMACON, received certification.
