Improved thermal performance

Heat losses are reduced due to the geometric configuration of the voids, which increases the length of the thermal transfer path through the ceramic body, and the large number of rows of voids with a heat-insulating role. Thermal resistance R= 2.34 m²K/W.

Bearing brick

Having a high load capacity, it ensures the possibility of building in a traditional style, without the need to make load-bearing structures in frames. EVOCERAMIC 44 bricks can be used in the construction of all types of exterior structural walls, both load-bearing* and non-load-bearing. *The EVOCERAMIC 44 product can be used to create load-bearing walls for areas with seismic activity ≤ 0.15g.

Reduced consumption of mortar

Mortar losses are reduced by the special geometric configuration of the voids, which reduces the phenomenon of mortar sliding from the horizontal joints inside the bricks.

Vapor permeable

Both the ceramic part of the brick and the rock wool insulation have high vapor permeability, allowing vapor transfer through the walls. Thus, the humidity is kept under control, by releasing the excess from inside the home to the outside, reducing the risk of dampness and mold and the negative implications caused by them, such as allergies or asthma.
