CEMACON SA Data Reporting Guidelines
CEMACON SA is committed to maintaining the highest level of ethics and professional behavior by promoting values and internal norms that demonstrate zero tolerance for any illegal acts or serious offenses that may occur due to violations of the law* and could affect the Company's image and credibility.
If you possess information obtained in a professional context about violations of the law that have occurred or are likely to occur within the Company, we provide the following channels for reporting irregularities:

Reports can be made either nominally or anonymously.
Reporting Requirements:
The report should include, at a minimum, the following information:
- The name, surname, and contact details of the Whistleblower (optional, the position held by the person who made the report) or signature – if the report is anonymous, these details will not be completed.
- The name, surname, and position of the person concerned – if known.
- A description of the act(s) likely to constitute a violation of the law/internal company norms and the professional context in which the information was obtained.
- The report should be accompanied by documents/evidence supporting it, identification of individuals who hold that evidence, and identification of the person(s) involved, if known.
Note: Your identity remains confidential and cannot be disclosed unless you choose to reveal it (do not enter personal data in the report), except where you give written consent or if required by law (in compliance with conditions and limits set by the law).
*Violations of the law = actions or omissions that constitute non-compliance with legal provisions, covering areas such as: public procurement; financial services, products, and markets, as well as the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; product safety and compliance; transportation safety, environmental protection; public health; consumer protection; privacy and personal data protection and network and information systems security, as well as other acts expressly provided for in Law No. 361/2022 on the Protection of Whistleblowers in the Public Interest.
Within a maximum of 7 calendar days, if you have not opted for anonymous reporting, you will be informed of the receipt of your report.
Within a maximum of 3 months from the date of receipt confirmation, or if no receipt confirmation was provided within the 7-day period mentioned above, and subsequently, you will be informed whenever there are developments in the progress of subsequent actions, except where such notification could jeopardize the conduct of those actions.
The Whistleblower should be aware that reporting information about legal violations that prove to be false or unfounded constitutes a contravention and is punishable by a fine ranging from 2,500 lei to 30,000 lei, unless the act was committed under conditions that make it considered an offense under the law.
