Job description

  • Cleaning and maintaining green spaces (mowing and hedge trimming), buildings and property at the Biharia site;
  • Helping repair fences, gutters and other items that can be repaired independently;
  • Helping clear ditches and drain water accumulating in ditches and channels between the platforms;

Responsibilities

  • You manage and develop the product portfolio, analysing product performance and market positioning;
  • You continuously monitor developments in the building materials market, competitors and customer needs;
  • You help define and implement launch strategies for new products;
  • You identify development opportunities and coordinate portfolio expansion projects;
  • You carry out market analyses and feasibility studies for new products and solutions;
  • You provide technical and commercial support to the sales team through training and market visits;
  • You work with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams to develop and promote products;
  • You monitor category results and propose measures to improve commercial performance.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree, preferably in construction, marketing or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager;
  • Experience in building materials, real estate or working with developers is an advantage;
  • An understanding of the construction market and experience working with architects, designers, developers, contractors or building materials distributors;
  • Experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Willingness to travel to Cluj, Zalău, Biharia and for market visits;
  • Initiative, a focus on results and good organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team spirit, integrity and responsibility.
