Electrical Team Coordinator

Our company is expanding its team and is looking for an Electrical Team Coordinator with experience in industrial machinery. We are looking for someone with solid technical experience who can manage complex interventions and ensure that production equipment operates optimally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the team of electricians working on industrial machinery and production lines.
  • Planning and supervising electrical work on machinery, installations and automated equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults in industrial machinery and identifying technical solutions.
  • Carrying out and checking preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensuring electrical safety and compliance with occupational health and safety (SSM) and fire prevention (PSI) procedures in the production area.
  • Monitoring spare parts stocks and managing the materials needed for interventions, helping reduce stocks by optimising costs and using resources efficiently.
  • Carrying out tests and commissioning after interventions.
  • Working with internal departments to resolve problems quickly.
  • Preparing daily technical reports for the direct supervisor and updating machinery documentation when needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and disciplined working environment, following internal rules and promoting good practices among colleagues.

Requirements

  • A technical university degree in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering or automation.
  • 3–5 years of experience working with industrial machinery, production lines or automated equipment, as well as coordinating a team.
  • Sound knowledge of reading electrical diagrams and diagnosing faults.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, sensors and electric drives is an advantage.
  • Organisational, communication and leadership skills.
  • An intermediate level of English.
  • A category B driving licence.
  • ANRE authorisation is an advantage.
