Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a technical manager who will bring energy and enthusiasm to coordinating the maintenance team. If you enjoy finding solutions, preventing problems and seeing everything work perfectly thanks to your contribution, let’s get to know each other!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance;
  • Planning work and preparing technical documentation;
  • Monitoring equipment performance and optimising processes;
  • Managing spare parts and the necessary orders;
  • Analysing faults and identifying effective solutions;
  • Taking part in investment and technological modernisation projects;
  • Proposing solutions for technological upgrades and reduced consumption;
  • Evaluating offers and working with suppliers;
  • Designing technical solutions and overseeing their implementation;
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures;
  • Working effectively with other departments and coordinating the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • A technical university degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation);
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including 2 in a coordination role;
  • Sound knowledge of diagnostics, planning and technical management;
  • Analytical, organisational and decision-making skills;
  • Experience coordinating teams and managing resources;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and an intermediate level of English;
  • A category B driving licence;
  • A positive attitude, organisation, effective communication and a willingness to learn.
