Mechanical Team Coordinator

Our company is looking for a Coordinator for the maintenance team specialising in industrial machinery. We are looking for someone with solid technical experience who can manage complex interventions and ensure the continuous, efficient operation of production equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the team of maintenance technicians working on industrial machinery and production lines.
Planning preventive maintenance for machinery, installations and technological equipment.
Managing corrective interventions: diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic faults and identifying technical solutions.
Supervising work and checking compliance with technical standards.
Monitoring spare parts stocks and managing the materials needed for interventions, helping reduce stocks by optimising costs and using resources efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (SSM) and fire prevention (PSI) rules in the production area.
Working with internal departments (production, quality and engineering) to resolve problems quickly.
Preparing technical reports and updating machinery documentation.

Requirements

A technical university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering or automation.
3–5 years of experience maintaining industrial machinery, production lines or automated equipment, as well as coordinating a team.
Sound knowledge of technical diagnostics and interpreting documentation.
Knowledge of pneumatic or hydraulic systems, electric drives or PLCs is an advantage.
Organisational, communication and leadership skills.
An intermediate level of English.
A category B driving licence.
