Responsibilities

  • Regularly inspecting the factory’s electrical equipment and installations to identify possible faults or abnormal operation.
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and conventional, semi-automated and automated equipment to ensure continuity of the production process.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in machinery in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Interpreting and using electrical diagrams to identify problems quickly and resolve them efficiently.
  • Working with the technical and production teams to optimise equipment operation and reduce downtime.
  • Following internal procedures and occupational safety rules, actively helping maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

  • Secondary technical education, preferably specialising in electrical work (Electrician/Electrical Installations Technician).
  • ANRE certification — mandatory for carrying out the work safely and in compliance with legislation.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in areas such as electrical installations, industrial automation, and equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Sound knowledge of interpreting electrical diagrams and diagnosing faults.
  • Well-developed technical and manual skills for maintenance work and rapid interventions.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule according to the factory’s operational needs.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in execution and compliance with safety rules.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • Reliability, responsibility and commitment in daily work.
