Technical Expert – (part time)

We are looking for an expert in construction to help us develop and promote the technical solutions in our product portfolio.

The role is suited to a professional who understands both the technical aspects of the products and the challenges on construction sites, and who can easily communicate with designers, developers, contractors, distributors or sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide technical support for CEMACON’s ceramic block and brick slips portfolio, with the main focus on ceramic blocks.
  • You will deliver product presentations and demonstrations for contractors, tradespeople, developers, designers and distributors.
  • You will take part in construction site visits, trade fairs and specialist events to promote CEMACON’s technical solutions.
  • You will analyse the performance of our products and compare them with solutions available on the market, identifying the technical arguments relevant to clients and partners.
  • You will contribute to developing technical materials and specialist content used in marketing and sales activities.
  • You will work with the sales teams to identify and implement the most suitable technical solutions for major projects.
  • You will deliver training sessions and provide technical advice to our sales team and partners.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree in construction.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical role.
  • Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, developers or building materials distributors.
  • Sound knowledge of building materials and systems.
  • The ability to explain technical information clearly and practically.
  • Agility, initiative, autonomy and a focus on results.
  • Team spirit, integrity and responsibility.
