The Management Team commits to continuously improving the Integrated Quality–Environment–Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015 and SR ISO 45001:2018, and has set the following strategic objectives:

Develop customer relationships based on trust, promptness and meeting applicable requirements, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System.
Build mutually beneficial partnerships with the company's suppliers.
Promote staff professionalism and involvement through regular training and a high-performing working environment.
Identify the aspects of our activities and products that affect the environment, and control or minimise their negative environmental impact.
Meet compliance obligations, including legal requirements applicable to the company's activities and organisational context concerning the environment and the risks of accidents and occupational illness.
Protect the environment and prevent environmental pollution.
Use natural resources efficiently and eliminate waste.
Ensure workplace health and safety by identifying hazards together with staff and minimising or isolating risks to employees, collaborators and visitors, to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
