This year, our company marked 55 years of excellence with a memorable celebration. We had the opportunity to reflect on our achievements so far and shape our future plans together. It was a special occasion when we warmly welcomed new colleagues and recognised the valuable contributions of long-standing team members, rewarding outstanding performance and revisiting the highlights of the previous year.
One of the evening’s highlights was the presence of Mr Dragoș Pavăl, president of Pavăl Holding – Cemacon’s owner. Our authentic, open conversation with him was deeply inspiring, and his life story gave us confidence and motivation for the road ahead.
We were also honoured by the presence of architect Hildegard Brandl, a renowned professional who contributed to the development of our brick slips range. Her innovative vision gave us a new perspective on our factory’s potential and encouraged us to look to the future with optimism.
This anniversary was a celebration and a reaffirmation of our commitment to continued development and improvement. Each year brings new challenges and, together, we strive to overcome them as we move towards our goal of becoming a leading industrial group in construction materials.
