Protected Thermal Insulation

• Thermal insulation is guaranteed throughout the life of the building. By integrating the rock wool insulation in the ceramic coating, it is protected from the risks of mechanical damage, or over time, thus ensuring a high durability of the insulation and eliminating the need to renovate or replace the thermal insulation system over time.

Vapor permeable

• The walls breathe, ensuring a natural and healthy indoor climate. Both the ceramic part of the brick and the rock wool insulation have high vapor permeability, allowing vapor transfer through the walls. Thus, the humidity is kept under control, by releasing the excess from inside the home to the outside, reducing the risk of dampness and mold and the negative implications caused by them, such as allergies or asthma.

Fire protection

• High fire protection. Both the ceramic coating and the basalt wool insulation are non-combustible products, which do not contribute to the development or maintenance of a possible fire. Fire resistance: Class A1

Reduced execution time

• The stages necessary for thermal insulation are eliminated, such as fixing the thermal insulation material on the facade and doubling it with its negative effects, and the operations necessary to finish the external walls can be carried out mechanically, with a much higher productivity.

No limits in finishes

• The facade can be finished with klinker, natural stone, brick slips, or frames without restrictions or additional support preparation operations, thus eliminating additional time and costs.

Optimal ventilation

• You build ecologically and sustainably. Unlike classically insulated walls, walls built with EVOCERAMIC 44 VB no longer require renovation, or replacing the insulation, with the related implications in costs, but also in the management of waste resulting from changing the insulation system. In addition, being made from natural raw materials, clay, sand and volcanic rock, EVOCERAMIC 44 VB bricks can be recycled up to 100%.

Thermal insulation
