Reduced construction time

  • Increases productivity when building walls by using half bricks, avoiding the time and material losses caused by cutting whole bricks.

 

Improved thermal performance

  • Heat losses are reduced thanks to the geometric configuration of the voids, which lengthens the heat-transfer path through the ceramic body, and the large number of rows of insulating voids.

 

Load-bearing brick

  • Its high load capacity allows traditional construction without the need for load-bearing frame structures. EVOCERAMIC 44 bricks can be used to build all types of exterior structural walls, both load-bearing and non-load-bearing.

 

Vapour permeable

  • Both the brick’s ceramic body and its stone wool insulation have high vapour permeability, allowing vapour to pass through walls. This keeps humidity under control by releasing excess moisture from inside the home to the outside, reducing the risk of damp and mould and their adverse effects, such as allergies or asthma.
